Tiff picture files will be compressed into JPEG picture files for faster delivery via Email.

A custom Photo CD will be created with your uncompressed TIFF picture files and sent to you via US Priority Mail at no additional charge.

FTP Delivery
Picture files can be sent directly to your company server if your are set up to receive FTP delivery. Please call to verify access, user name and password.

Pictures may be used in all forms of print, publications, flyers, announcements, invitations, reports, brochures, greeting cards, postcards, business cards, stationary, office products, music CD's, calendars, advertisements, editorials, books, magazines, products for sale, web sites, power point presentations, TV shows, documentaries, packaging, 4 color posters, trade show displays, wall paper murals, billboards, and more. Text, graphics and logos can be placed on top of our pictures. Pictures can also be cropped and sized to suit your needs.

Limitations on Usage Rights of Brad Perks Picture Files

1) Your royalty free usage rights are non-transferable and are only granted to the person or company that purchased them.
2) Brad Perks digital picture files may not be offered for resale, provided free of charge, or distributed to others.
3) Our pictures may not be used to design a new company logo that you intend to copyright or trademark.
4) Our Pictures may not be used in a pornographic or defamatory way.
