Wine grapes were ready for harvest as we ventured into the vineyards of Livermore Valley. The crush had begun and the air was fragrant with the smell of wine making . I walked into the fields at Wente and found this perfectly formed cluster of cabernet wine grapes surrounded by colorful leaves. This shot has appeared on magazine covers, books and in calendars. The state of California used this picture for a poster at the state fair. |
