Save the Children by Brad Perks as Disc Skys 1979

Save the Children was created by me (Brad Perks) in the year 1979 at the age of 24. My pen name was "Disc Skys".

I also took a year to complete this study. I was exploring how society and circumstances can affect the children. How different forces were affecting my physical well being. I felt like I was being feed into a monstrous machine created by society.

I still saw life as a balance between the good and the evil. There was struggle and conflict in me. I was now successful in business. I drifted farther away from the artistic center. I was lost in a race for money, that meant little to me. My parents were finally happy I was a success. I felt so empty inside. I wondered whose life I was living.

I tried to look at the balance between my life, my time in a search for knowledge. I wanted the answers to my questions. I was not sure where to look. I wanted the key to unlock the door where I was trapped. Success had its price. I paid for it by sacrificing my career as an artist. It was a high price to pay. It was draining me from the inside out. I was being pulled in different directions.
